1000 Team Members. One perfect pitch

It was a critical product launch. The Product Management team wanted to make
sure all their field team members have the right pitch to their retail customer.

How can they make that happen? The training team jumped into action.
Enter : Pitch Perfect Demo competition.

This was done over 4 simple stages:

Stage #1: The Sample Pitch:

The team recorded a video of the perfect pitch – with emphasis on the keywords. This was published as a video on the Bsharp platform.

Stage #2: The Team’s Response:

The team replicated the pitch with their own innovation. This was submitted through the Bsharp platform. We had over 15% participation from the field team.

Stage #3: The Selection:

The team leaders selected the best pitches from the competition. This was based on
1. The compliance to the messaging
2. Communication
3. Innovation in the demo
4. The retail environment of the demo.

Stage #4: The Competition:

The selected pitches (7) were posted back on the Bsharp platform for the all users to upvote. The 1000 Team members reviewed the perfect pitches and did an upvote, The winner of the competition was based on the number of upvotes.

Stage #4: The Competition:

The selected pitches (7) were posted back on the Bsharp platform for the all users to ‘Like’. The 1000 team members reviewed the perfect pitches and did an ‘Like’ where appropriate. The winner of the competition was based on the max number of ‘Likes’.

What did this achieve:
